Since 2007, my professional life has centered mainly on Aventura and Sunny Isles real estate. I’ve spent nearly two decades as the unofficial Home Watch person for many clients, handling everything from pre-closing inspections to post-sale emergency access and vendor coordination. I formalized this passion into Trustway Homewatch because I believe homeowners deserve a truly accountable, professional, and consistent service.
Marie Stein brings years of experience in luxury client service and a strong commitment to professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail. After a successful career working with discerning clients in the luxury retail industry and real estate, she developed a deep understanding of trust, discretion, and personalized service.
Now based in South Florida, Marie provides Home Watch services designed to give homeowners peace of mind while they are away. Her proactive approach and careful attention ensure that every property is monitored and maintained with the highest level of care.
