• Interior Inspection: Check all windows and doors for security; inspect ceilings, walls, and floors for signs of water intrusion or mold; run faucets/flush toilets; check for pest intrusion; confirm that the A/C is cooling efficiently and confirm humidity levels.
• Exterior Inspection: Check for visible damage to balconies; confirm the security of all entry points; remove newspapers, flyers, or mail left visible.
• System Checks: Verify power to main electrical panel; check the status of the security system.
• Storage areas, and confirm proper operation of appliances.

Key Holder & Emergency Management

We are your local representative and emergency contact.

• Key Holder: Providing secure access for service providers and deliveries.
• Vendor Management: We meet with, monitor, and secure the property after any pre-arranged third-party service (plumbers, AC repair, etc.).
• Emergency Response: Immediate on-site response to alarm calls, leaks, or other urgent issues.

• Arrival Preparation: Stock your refrigerator and pantry prior to your arrival to your exact specifications, adjust A/C settings, and turn on the water heater so you step into a comfortable, ready-to-use home.
• Mail Management: Collect and forward mail and packages to your primary residence or hold them securely until your arrival.
• Departure Services: Secure all appliances, turn off water mains (if requested), and set security systems.
